Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Zero Trust Solutions services for enterprise clients.

• Act as a reliable advisor, offering best practices and technical insights throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex technical challenges.

• Document solutions and develop technical materials.

• Contribute to the sharing of knowledge within the team.

• Engage in customer training sessions to enhance product adoption and usability.

• Involve in pre-sales activities as necessary, which may include technical workshops and proofs of concept.

• Willingness to travel as required, less than 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in web application security, network security, or IT security solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Proficient in internet fundamentals, DNS, and routing.

• Understanding of communication protocols, including HTTP or TCP.

• Experience with virtual private network and proxy technologies.

• Solid understanding of Layer 3 and Layer 4 networking principles.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
