Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the development of the company's international software offerings, with a focus on Nexus CRM and Lyvve.

• Lead the international development team dedicated to Nexus CRM, Lyvve, and other associated products.

• Delegate tasks, establish technical standards, perform design and code reviews, and provide input on performance evaluations.

• Offer daily technical guidance and project direction to software developers.

• Convert business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and product roadmaps.

• Define application architecture, data models, APIs, and integration strategies across products and with third-party systems.

• Assess and design for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Lead hands-on implementation activities, including design reviews, technical mentoring, and direct coding contributions.

• Design and implement features for AI-enabled applications and workflow automation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across eXp’s international markets to ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals and timelines.

• Utilize software engineering, database design, systems analysis, and information technology principles to address complex business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in delivering software, data, or automation solutions.

• At least three (3) years of experience in leading technical teams or managing technology delivery.

• Proven experience in translating business requirements into system designs and product roadmaps.

• Proficiency in developing solutions using Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks, relational databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.

• Experience in implementing AI-enabled applications or workflow automation.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding technical delivery across various functions.
