This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main servant leader and facilitator for the Solution Train.
β’ Encourage collaboration and alignment among Agile Release Trains, shared services, and external stakeholders.
β’ Promote transparency in planning, execution, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
β’ Assist in aligning strategic business objectives with solution delivery.
β’ Facilitate various Solution Train events, including Pre- and Post-PI Planning, Solution Train Sync, Solution Demo, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and Large Solution Retrospectives.
β’ Coordinate planning efforts across multiple ARTs to ensure cohesive delivery.
β’ Track delivery progress and identify any barriers to execution.
β’ Manage dependencies across teams and programs effectively.
β’ Mentor Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile methodologies.
β’ Advocate for continuous improvement and organizational learning.
β’ Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
β’ Spot opportunities to enhance predictability, quality, and delivery efficiency.
β’ Oversee cross-train risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
β’ Escalate unresolved impediments that cannot be addressed at the ART level.
β’ Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment on critical delivery challenges.
β’ Establish and monitor metrics for solution delivery performance.
β’ Analyze flow metrics, predictability measures, quality indicators, and business outcomes.
β’ Provide executive-level updates on delivery health, risks, and progress.
β’ Support data-driven decision-making throughout the Solution Train.
β’ Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Management, Architecture, Operations, and Business Owners.
β’ Communicate delivery status, key milestones, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
β’ Build and maintain cross-functional relationships that support successful solution delivery.
β’ Over 3 years of experience leading large-scale Agile product or technology delivery efforts.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in Agile leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
β’ Profound understanding of Agile, Lean, and systems-thinking principles.
β’ Experience in managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
β’ Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home connectivity.
β’ Capability to work in a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
