This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Perform research on clients, stakeholders, competitors, and the market to determine solution requirements.
• Convert clinical workflows into business specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.
• Articulate solution strategies, plans, and roadmaps to clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to oversee solution scope, requirements, and prototypes.
• Work together with product teams on integrations, data needs, interfaces, and legacy care-record transitions.
• Lead client discovery meetings and workflow discussions with both clinical and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing on feature descriptions, demonstrations, solution training, release materials, and go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage research, competitive analysis, utilization data, and user engagement insights to foster innovation and differentiation.
• Keep track of regulatory and industry changes for new product requirements and market opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare software consulting, information technology, solution functionality, or equivalent roles.
• At least two years of experience with software-related projects.
• Proficiency in reading, applying, or drafting requirements for software features and functions.
• Experience in managing client communications and relationships.
• Capability to research, analyze, and prioritize functionalities and requirements.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Preferred experience with care-record migrations, requirements gathering, healthcare data, and interfaces across multiple products or solutions.
• Preferred familiarity with OTP or MAT clinical and operational workflows.
• Preferred experience with EHR, pharmacy, medication dispensing, e-prescribing, PDMP, laboratory, or healthcare interoperability solutions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
