This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Deliver primary business, technical, and product/service guidance to clients

• Develop solutions for customer project inquiries and create price estimates for project design

• Assess customer requirements and resolve troubleshooting issues or complaints

• Counsel clients on additional services and product offerings

• Identify potential customer concerns and propose solutions based on both current and future needs

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and facilitate interactions with technical support

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to drive sustainable growth

• Organize and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and external distributors through presentations and demonstrations

• A PhD in a relevant life science field is preferred, including cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics

• Candidates possessing a Master of Science degree alongside pertinent industry experience will also be evaluated

• Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation capabilities
