This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure technical solutions align with customer objectives, assist in presales activities, and generate revenue through strategic value-oriented selling.
• Comprehend and maneuver through public sector requirements, encompassing procurement processes, NIST guidelines, DoD frameworks such as PlatformOne and IronBank, as well as federal compliance mandates like CMMC.
• Conduct demos and Proof of Value engagements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Illustrate how JFrog facilitates secure and scalable DevSecOps and MLOps methodologies.
• Assist with RFIs/RFPs and bidding processes, ensuring technical precision and compliance with government procurement standards.
• Lead customers through the technical lifecycle, converting business objectives into solution designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on field insights.
• Promote DevSecOps best practices, including the development of DoD/Federal reference architectures.
• Encourage adoption within federal agencies.
• Remain updated on developments in DevOps, cloud computing, software delivery, and emerging technologies pertinent to public sector digital transformation.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with DevOps technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tools, Artifactory, build tools, and contemporary SDLC practices.
• Experience in technical sales, presales, or sales engineering is advantageous, ideally with clients in the U.S. public sector.
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC methodology is beneficial.
• Understanding of public sector programs and compliance, including DoD environments, impact level classifications, NIST standards, and federal procurement frameworks.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux environments.
• Capability to design hybrid architectures and scalable deployment solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver POCs and technical presentations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey business value to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset with a passion for facilitating mission success.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% within the U.S.
• Compliance with government security requirements may be necessary; an active security clearance is a plus.
