Solution Engineer – FedRAMP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Lead the discovery process by exploring customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business imperatives, and success metrics.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to actual customer scenarios.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proofs of concept from initial scope to final validation.

• Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.

• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security applications.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making informed technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to relay field feedback and enhance sales effectiveness.

• Serve as the technical lead during evaluations, assisting customers with deploying, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and validating Coralogix within their environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).

• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Strong practical technical skills related to deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.

• Comprehensive understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in engaging with executives and translating technical benefits into business outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and contemporary infrastructure.

• Proficient in coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, follow-through, and commercial insight.

• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.

• Experience with Prometheus.

• Background in Docker.

• Understanding of APM and distributed tracing.

• Experience with log analytics and telemetry pipelines.

• Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring.

• Experience in infrastructure monitoring.

• Knowledge of RUM.

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with application instrumentation and debugging.
