This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Facilitate discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success metrics.
• Create and present customized demonstrations linked to actual customer use cases.
• Oversee technical evaluations and proof of concepts from initial scope through to validation.
• Assist with hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.
• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making successful technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to convey field feedback and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Aid customers in validating Coralogix within their own environments and drive opportunities towards a successful technical conclusion.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Strong practical technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of observability, encompassing logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Capability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.
• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical value into business implications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
• Excellent communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment abilities.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Prometheus monitoring.
• Proficiency with Docker.
• Familiarity with APM and distributed tracing methodologies.
• Experience in log analytics and telemetry pipelines.
• Knowledge of SIEM or security monitoring practices.
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with RUM.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in application instrumentation and debugging.
