Conversational AI Solution Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows to uncover automation and Conversational AI opportunities.

• Design and develop voice and chatbot solutions, along with technical solution specifications.

• Assess and choose appropriate Conversational AI platforms and technologies.

• Set up, test, and enhance prompts, dialogue flows, and bot functionality.

• Connect customer systems via APIs and other interfaces.

• Execute technical specifications utilizing JavaScript and Python.

• Provide support for projects from the technology assessment phase through to deployment.

• Generate technical documentation and establish best practices alongside prompt libraries.

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams, internal departments, and various stakeholders.

• Evaluate customer needs, pinpoint AI opportunities, and deliver practical technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a related field.

• Proven experience in deploying voice or chatbot solutions on popular platforms.

• In-depth understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces.

• Knowledge of automation opportunities and customer workflows.

• Experience in a customer experience (CX) or customer service setting is a plus.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-focused work methodology.

• Strong technical inclination and a passion for exploring and advancing new technologies.

• A traditional background in software development or IT architecture is not essential; the emphasis is on analyzing customer processes, selecting technology, designing solutions, and executing technical implementations.
