Lead Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Influence and establish the technical direction within the digital application domain.

• Provide architectural strategies, solutions, evaluations, and roadmaps for digital applications.

• Collaborate with product owners to comprehend functional requirements.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to offer expertise in application and cloud architecture.

• Convert business needs into technical systems solutions.

• Lead the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level cloud infrastructure and platforms.

• Lead or participate in build-versus-buy decisions from a technical leadership standpoint.

• Communicate and present technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of solutions to IT and business stakeholders.

• Identify, evaluate, and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate factors that could impede successful solution delivery.

• Design solutions and application architecture for Humana's web channels, including MyHumana, Go365, and Humana Pharmacy, utilizing the Adobe Experience Platform and cloud infrastructure.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or another specialized technology area.

• A strong passion for contributing to an organization that prioritizes the continuous enhancement of consumer experiences.

• Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Suggested connection types include wireless, wired cable, or DSL.

• Ability to work from a designated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Master’s Degree is preferred.
