Solution Engineer – FedRAMP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Conduct thorough discovery sessions covering customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success criteria.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to actual customer use cases.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proofs of concept from initial scope to final validation.

• Provide support for hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during the evaluation phase.

• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security-related use cases.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers toward making informed technical decisions.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to convey field feedback and enhance sales effectiveness.

• Assist customers in deploying, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and validating Coralogix within their environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Strong practical technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of observability aspects, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes.

• Ability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical value into business impact.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and contemporary infrastructure.

• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills, ownership, follow-through, and business acumen.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.

• Experience with Prometheus.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Understanding of APM and distributed tracing.

• Experience in log analytics and telemetry pipelines.

• Knowledge of SIEM or security monitoring.

• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring.

• Experience with RUM.

• Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with application instrumentation and debugging.
