This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Lead customer discovery sessions focusing on architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to actual customer scenarios.
• Oversee technical evaluations and proof of concepts from initial scope to final validation.
• Provide support for hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting throughout evaluations.
• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.
• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and assist customers in making successful technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to convey field feedback and enhance sales execution.
• Assist customers in understanding and validating Coralogix as a comprehensive observability and security platform in real-world settings.
• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
• Thorough understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.
• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical benefits into business value.
• Practical experience in cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
• Excellent communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
• Experience working with Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Docker.
• Experience with APM and distributed tracing.
• Knowledge of log analytics and telemetry pipelines.
• Experience with SIEM or security monitoring.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in application instrumentation and debugging.
• Candidates must reside within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).
