Solution Engineer – FedRAMP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Conduct discovery sessions focusing on customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success metrics.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to actual customer use cases.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proofs of concept from initial scope through to validation.

• Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.

• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers toward making successful technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to relay field feedback and enhance Coralogix's competitive edge.

• Assist customers in understanding Coralogix’s observability and security platform, and validate its effectiveness in real-world scenarios.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of observability, encompassing logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Experience in leading technical evaluations, conducting product demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept processes.

• Ability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical value into business impact.

• Practical experience in cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.

• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, follow-through, and commercial acumen.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments; AWS, Azure, or GCP; OpenTelemetry; Prometheus; Docker; APM and distributed tracing; log analytics and telemetry pipelines; SIEM or security monitoring; infrastructure monitoring; RUM; Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation; CI/CD workflows; application instrumentation and debugging.

• Must reside within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).
