Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive payment journeys for merchants, encompassing current-state assessment to future-state design.

• Facilitate customer strategy sessions to gain insights into business goals and propose scalable, effective solutions.

• Oversee technical integrations, which include API and SDK testing as well as merchant onboarding.

• Provide guidance to merchants on checkout user experience, authentication, payment processes, and payouts.

• Create and sustain technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

• Build or suggest tools to enhance and scale the integration process.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

• Gather and present product feedback.

• Travel to customer locations as necessary for direct technical support and implementation.

• Complete product, customer, and technical solution onboarding within the first 90 days.

• Assume responsibility for technical discovery, demonstrations, integration discussions, as well as the sales and delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical implementations involving APIs and SDKs.

• Experience in the fintech sector, particularly in payments.

• Strong understanding of complex API architectures.

• Experience in application development.

• Capability to deconstruct intricate integration challenges and convey them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven history of delivering quantifiable results and business value to clients.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to C-level executives and frontline teams.

• Experience conducting customer meetings and discovery workshops.

• Ability to manage multiple merchants in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
