Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Solution Engineers to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery standards.

• Collaborate with the sales team regarding new business prospects.

• Convert clients’ technical requirements into effective solutions.

• Facilitate technical discussions.

• Provide custom demonstrations.

• Execute technical proofs-of-concept.

• Conduct technical presentations showcasing company products.

• Oversee proof-of-concept and trial processes with clients.

• Build and nurture business relationships and partnerships with clients.

• Exhibit technical acumen and an understanding of manufacturing business practices.

• Present the values and benefits of company products.

• Illustrate product architectures.

• Assist with cost assessments and pricing inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in presales within the ERP sector or equivalent operational ERP background.

• Experience in supporting both direct and channel sales.

• Proven experience in the manufacturing and distribution sector.

• Documented experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience with a track record of success and knowledge.

• More than 2 years of specialized or industry-specific experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
