This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery calls and personalized demonstrations for new business prospects and expansion within current accounts.

• Provide guidance to customers on deployment strategies, licensing, system compatibility, identity needs, and integration scope.

• Design and deliver customized remote and in-person training sessions, standard training packages, and customer webinars.

• Empower sales, account management, and channel teams with product insights, demonstration skills, and technical support.

• Develop reusable pre-sales materials, including videos, documentation, and best practice resources.

• Represent Bluebeam by conducting demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions at trade shows and marketing events.

• Recognize cross-sell, upsell, and integration opportunities, providing relevant details to the opportunity owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS solution consulting, technical sales, technical training, or customer success; preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background and experience.

• Capability to convert technical features into clear, actionable demonstrations and training tailored for non-technical clients.

• Familiarity with SSO, basic identity concepts, licensing structures, and Bluebeam Anywhere.

• Understanding of AECO workflows or similar SaaS applications.

• Ability to stay informed about Bluebeam’s AI and developer features.

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize requests, set expectations, manage commitments, and document time, activities, and outcomes.

• Previous experience as a Bluebeam customer, Support team member, Trainer, or Customer Success Manager is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and advanced solutions, or similar AECO solutions experience, is a plus.
