Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery calls and customized demonstrations for new business prospects and growth within current accounts.

• Provide guidance to customers on deployment, licensing, system compatibility, identity prerequisites, and integration scope.

• Design and deliver customized remote and on-site training sessions, standard training packages, and customer webinars.

• Empower sales, account management, and channel teams with product expertise, demonstration methodologies, and technical insights.

• Develop reusable pre-sales materials, including videos, documentation, and best-practice resources.

• Represent Bluebeam through demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions at trade shows and in-person marketing events.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and integration, sharing relevant details with the opportunity owner.

• Align technical product knowledge with customer needs through discovery, demonstrations, consultations, and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS solution consulting, technical sales, technical training, or customer success.

• Preferably, experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience is required.

• Proficiency in Swedish is essential.

• Ability to translate technical features into clear, actionable demonstrations and training for non-technical clients.

• Familiarity with SSO, identity fundamentals, licensing models, and Bluebeam Anywhere.

• Understanding of AECO workflows or similar SaaS solutions.

• Capability to keep updated on Bluebeam’s AI and developer functionalities.

• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, expectation management, delivery commitment management, and documentation.

• Previous experience as a Bluebeam customer, Support team member, Trainer, or Customer Success Manager is a plus.

• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu and advanced solutions skills, or relevant AECO solutions experience is advantageous.

• Fluency in Danish is a bonus.
