Senior Business Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally to business stakeholders

• Propel initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experiences, and yield quantifiable business benefits

• Collaborate with both business and technology teams to uncover opportunities and outline solution strategies

• Refine processes and spearhead the successful execution of intricate initiatives

• Facilitate discussions with executives and promote cross-functional collaboration

• Oversee initiatives from their inception through to implementation

• Support business systems that contribute to organizational success

• Transition between roles such as consultant, analyst, project leader, administrator, and problem solver depending on business needs

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in business consulting, business analysis, operations, business systems, project leadership, product ownership, or a related discipline

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving a variety of stakeholders and conflicting priorities

• Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into practical solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in managing projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives from planning through to execution

• Skill in building relationships and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization without direct authority

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities

• Experience in supporting, administering, or optimizing business applications and technology solutions

• Capability to work autonomously, adjust to changing priorities, and handle multiple initiatives at once

• Background in process improvement, workflow design, and organizational change initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Operations, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered
