Solution Architect – Supply Chain Product, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing simultaneous product launches, overseeing processes from Strategic Planning through Development/Execution, and into Early Innovation, Early Adoption, and Growth phases.

• Collaborate with customers on Early Innovator initiatives, gather product insights, and ensure this feedback is relayed to Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Take ownership of solution design, which includes refining process flows, crafting user stories and test scripts, and outlining the overall data flow.

• Guide consultants on programs to ensure that the product aligns with customer business requirements.

• Involve stakeholders to confirm that Professional Services and partners are prepared to deploy the product throughout its lifecycle.

• Contribute insights and feedback to Training and Enablement teams for Sales and Deployment readiness.

• Manage outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch period.

• Propel early innovator deliveries and proof-of-value initiatives during the growth stage.

• Provide product capabilities that are explainable, supportable, and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience within the supply chain management software sector.

• Minimum of 5 years in High-Tech supply chain or a comparable discipline.

• Proficient at influencing others without direct authority.

• Possess expertise in supply chain concepts and best practices, along with substantial experience in supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Capability to lead and mentor a team of experienced professionals and various stakeholders through intricate projects.

• Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and deployment of supply chain software solutions.

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to manage interactions with customers and stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in developing new products and solutions.

• Experience in supporting rapid innovation during the delivery of new BBP products to early adopters in both pre-launch and launch stages.

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Experience in Product Program Management from concept to commercialization.

• Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting progress against milestones.
