Solution Architect – Supply Chain Product & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support simultaneous product launches, spanning from Strategic Planning to Development/Execution, and throughout Early Innovation, Early Adoption, and Growth phases.

• Collaborate with customers on Early Innovator initiatives.

• Gather product feedback and guarantee it is relayed to Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Take ownership of solution design, refine process workflows, develop user stories and test scripts, and outline overall data flow.

• Lead consulting teams on programs to ensure that the product aligns with customer business requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders to verify that Professional Services and partners are equipped to deploy products throughout their lifecycle.

• Provide insights and feedback to Training and Enablement for Sales and Deployment readiness.

• Manage outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch phase.

• Collaborate with product management, deployment teams, and clients to refine solutions into deployable products.

• Address product gaps and assist teams in integrating changes into the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry.

• 7-10 years of pertinent experience in the supply chain management software sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field.

• Proficient at influencing without direct authority.

• Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and best practices.

• Extensive experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of experienced professionals and multiple stakeholders through intricate projects.

• Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations.

• Exceptional facilitation skills and capability to manage interactions with customers and stakeholders.

• Skilled in cultivating collaborative relationships, trust, rapport, and credibility.

• Capable of leading facilitation and presenting information to diverse audiences.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and consider feedback from others to determine the most effective course of action.

• Proficient in developing new products and solutions.

• Experience in supporting rapid innovation during the delivery of new BBP products to early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases.

• Experience in driving early innovator deliveries.

• Experience in managing proof-of-value deliveries until the growth phase.

• Ability to deliver product capabilities that are explainable, supportable, and scalable.

• Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization.

• Proficient in aligning key KPIs and reporting progress against milestones.
