Solution Architect – Supply Chain Product, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing simultaneous product launches from Strategic Planning through Development/Execution, including Early Innovation, Early Adoption, and Growth phases.

• Collaborate with customers on Early Innovator projects to gather product feedback for Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Take ownership of solution design, refine process flows, create user stories and test scripts, and establish the overall program data flow.

• Guide consultants on programs to ensure that the product aligns with customer business requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure that Professional Services and partners are prepared to deploy products throughout the lifecycle.

• Provide insights and feedback to Training and Enablement teams to support Sales and Deployment readiness.

• Manage outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch phase.

• Propel early innovator deliveries and proof-of-value deliveries during the growth phase.

• Deliver product capabilities that are explainable, supportable, and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related industry.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in the supply chain management software sector.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related area.

• Skilled at influencing others without direct authority.

• Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and best practices.

• Extensive experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Capability to lead and coach a team of experienced professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects.

• Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations.

• Excellent facilitation skills along with strong customer and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Proficient in developing new products and solutions.

• Experience in supporting rapid innovation during the delivery of new BBP products to early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases.

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Experience in Product Program Management from concept through commercialization.

• Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones.
