Solution Architect, Prototyping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for incoming opportunities, which includes discovery calls, technical qualification, architecture and integration inquiries, pitches, and demonstrations.

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend intricate workflows, design pilot projects, and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Create and develop functional prototypes that can be handed over to the Product and Engineering teams.

• Guide technical engagements, conduct architecture deep dives, hold workshops, and facilitate discussions on data integration and application customization.

• Transition successful opportunities to Product and Engineering while providing documentation and customer context.

• Convey market feedback to the Product team to inform the product roadmap.

• Maintain reusable demo assets, reference prototypes, and technical materials.

• Provide insights on platform deficiencies and prototyping challenges to product teams.

• Develop and manage solutions for Orcrist's Kubernetes-based B2B SaaS and self-hosted, air-gapped data intelligence platform catering to defense, law enforcement, and enterprise clients.

• In-depth, hands-on understanding of platform architecture and integration principles.

• Capability to swiftly create functional prototypes that meet a standard for others to adopt.

• Comfort in customer-facing environments.

• Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex architectures to technical stakeholders and executive audiences.

• Methodical approach to documenting trade-off discussions between commercial and product priorities.

• Fluency in German and English (C1+).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

• Authorization to work in Germany.
