Solution Architect – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients, aligning on success criteria, KPIs, milestones, and strategies for mitigating project risks.

• Oversee the provisioning of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Create secure network architectures utilizing private endpoints and IP allow lists.

• Execute system hardening, TLS/SSL termination, encryption at rest, SSO, and RBAC configurations.

• Design data ingestion pipelines incorporating bulk imports, stream processing, and Change Data Capture.

• Provide guidance to development teams on optimizing Neo4j drivers, connection pooling, and retry logic.

• Assist customers in configuring observability tools for logs and metrics.

• Conduct workshops focused on Cypher query performance and backup/restore strategies.

• Generate architecture diagrams, Architectural Decision Records, and actionable next-step backlogs.

• Transition clients to the Professional Services and Cloud Operations teams.

• Enhance Neo4j’s global technical onboarding methodology and frameworks by leveraging insights from the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing position.

• Experience managing production workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Extensive knowledge of networking infrastructure, including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints.

• Experience in implementing enterprise IAM, encompassing SSO using OIDC/SAML and RBAC design.

• Preferred: familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.

• Preferred: background in Linux administration, containerization, and Docker, Kubernetes, or managed container environments.

• Preferred: knowledge of graph databases, particularly Neo4j, along with database querying and Cypher query optimization.

• Preferred: experience with Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, and ETL/CDC platforms.

• Preferred: exposure to SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and data residency deployment patterns.
