• Oversee the design, development, and governance of comprehensive technology solutions that meet both business and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to establish architecture roadmaps and confirm technical viability.

• Assist Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by contributing to Program Increment planning and ensuring architectural alignment.

• Create and maintain the Architectural Runway to facilitate quicker and more predictable delivery.

• Lead architectural decisions across cloud environments, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems.

• Advocate for best practices in data governance, quality, security, and compliance within solution designs.

• Aid in the creation and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering methodologies.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams.

• Ensure uniformity of technology strategies across teams, programs, and suppliers.

• Assess emerging technologies and suggest enhancements that boost business value and operational efficiency.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior position.

• Extensive experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated experience with SAFe / Agile at scale.

• Profound knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing both technical and business audiences.

• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
