Solution Architect – Full-Stack, Cloud-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into a well-defined technical target architecture.

• Facilitate synchronization between Business and Delivery teams.

• Manage solutions throughout the entire process – from architectural design and implementation oversight to code reviews and ensuring delivery quality.

• Determine the appropriate choice between standard platforms and custom development solutions.

• Evaluate when No-Code/Low-Code options are adequate.

• Decompose tasks into distinct, assessable work packages.

• Lead and coordinate English-speaking onshore and nearshore teams.

• Provide support to customers ranging from specialist departments to management.

• Articulate architecture in business language and constructively challenge existing processes.

• Serve as the technical anchor, resolving obstacles for teams and ensuring seamless transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in Full-Stack and cloud-native technologies.

• Expertise in a contemporary backend language, such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Go.

• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework, including React, Angular, or Vue.

• Experience with cloud services like AWS or a similar platform.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform.

• Adequate technical acumen to make informed architectural decisions and carry out reviews.

• Openness to utilize and enhance standard platforms like cplace, monday.com, and Atlassian.

• Proficient in German and possess strong English language skills.

• Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-in-Delivery workflows is a significant advantage.

• Background in regulated or complex enterprise sectors such as Automotive, Pharma/Life Sciences, Finance, or the Public Sector is highly desirable.
