This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively showcase Onomi’s capabilities, assess technical feasibility, deliver engaging technical presentations, and assist with RFP responses.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and convert requirements and integration touchpoints into comprehensive high-level architectures.
• Create detailed solution architecture documents that encompass data flows, APIs 2.0, SSO, internal connectors, and custom integrations through iPaaS.
• Work in tandem with the Program Manager to provide innovative solutions in a data-driven environment.
• Partner with internal teams to finalize Product integration features.
• Ensure that solutions align with both technical and business requirements while collaborating with Program Managers, customers, partners, IT, Business, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Address complex integration issues by escalating them to Engineering and ensuring resolution within the SLA.
• Share insights and lessons learned from enterprise projects to inform Product roadmap prioritization.
• Contribute to the enhancement of integration processes, templates, and best practices.
• Keep technical documentation updated for enterprise customer solutions.
• Acquire knowledge of the Onomi platform, life sciences CRM systems, integration ecosystem, methodology, and testing/deployment protocols.
• Take the lead in presales calls, draft design documents, support RFPs, and manage enterprise integration projects from start to finish.
• Provide first-line API 2.0 support in accordance with the SLA.
• Document integration gaps, bugs, enhancement requests, and specifications for native integration modules.
• Develop architecture landscape evolution plans and act as the primary expert for customer integrations.
• Proven experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant, ideally within SaaS commercial/marketing applications.
• Practical experience in building integrations utilizing REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, and iPaaS tools like Mulesoft or Workato.
• Expertise in Salesforce and/or Veeva integration within the life sciences/pharma sector is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with pharma compliance elements, including data privacy, consent, audit requirements, and field force usage is a plus.
• Customer-facing technical experience, including the ability to present, pitch, and negotiate with enterprise stakeholders.
• Capability to simplify intricate technical concepts for C-level executives and enterprise architects.
• Experience conducting workshops to identify business drivers, technical requirements, and integration challenges.
• Proficiency in customizing demos and prototypes to suit different customer personas.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
