Solution Architect – Digital Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice to clients while independently designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the TIVITY platform.

• Develop comprehensive solutions that encompass the entire process, from initial concepts through user stories and mockups to the final product.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project/development team to guarantee project success.

• Perform detailed analyses of products and competitors to assess innovative, market-leading software solutions.

• Lead workshops to devise solutions for complex and challenging topics.

• Capture client visions and requirements effectively.

• Design wireframes to illustrate user flows.

• Plan a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategically.

• Iteratively develop data models, queries, interfaces, and workflows using the platform.

• Validate solutions through user interviews and make necessary adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering, or computer science.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or similar positions.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting user and product requirements, as well as developing and implementing solution strategies.

• Experience in managing activities and/or projects effectively.

• Familiarity with change, release, and test management processes.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, assertiveness, a solution-oriented mindset, and analytical skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams and remotely; a dedicated office space and reliable infrastructure are provided.

• Strong customer orientation, a high level of accountability, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a results-focused approach.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus, but not required.
