Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and convey a unified technical and architectural vision.

• Develop comprehensive solution designs that encompass software, hardware, infrastructure, data, and security.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the internal technology stack to create scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to grasp product strategy and technical requirements.

• Offer technical direction to Agile teams while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

• Assess and choose appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.

• Define architectural standards, patterns, diagrams, and design documentation.

• Formulate strategies for scalability and performance, while evaluating alternatives and risks.

• Implement security protocols and guarantee regulatory compliance.

• Design and strategize integrations with existing systems and third-party services.

• Optimize cloud resources and manage solution expenses.

• Monitor and enhance solution performance.

• Evaluate third-party solutions, products, and vendors.

• Collect internal insights through data queries, visualizations, and reporting to guide product functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in a professional and technical role, including various architecture disciplines, IT, business operations, and project estimation.

• Advanced proficiency in programming and/or scripting languages, application testing strategies, analysis, and design.

• Experience with the Microsoft Stack is preferred.

• Advanced understanding of API technologies and Integration Solutions.

• Previous experience with the Agile/Scrum framework.

• At least 2 years of direct experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud technology solutions.

• 1 year of experience with PaaS-based software solutions.

• 6 months of experience with Microsoft Azure.
