Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the senior architectural and strategic leader on client projects from initial discovery to go-live.

• Oversee business process design, solution architecture, and integration design in collaboration with Technical Architects.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, develop proposals, deliver recommendations, and manage relationships with stakeholders.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business and uphold a trusted-advisor relationship.

• Assist in scoping, estimation, and proposal development alongside sales and leadership teams.

• Enhance and refine delivery processes, standards, and architectural best practices.

• Mentor and support consultants and junior architects.

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle from discovery and solution design to delivery.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, showcasing proven expertise in solution architecture.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead discovery, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in designing comprehensive solutions, including integrations, data architecture, and process strategy.

• Salesforce certifications are mandatory.

• Architect track certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), building products, or manufacturing sectors is a significant advantage.

• Ability to thrive in a boutique consulting environment and take ownership of engagements.
