This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collect and evaluate technical requirements to set up Braze and partner technologies within clients' current marketing technology ecosystems.
• Work collaboratively with Business Strategists, Marketing Strategists, and Technical Producers on the Delivery team.
• Create comprehensive documentation, identify integration points, and ensure smooth data flow across various platforms.
• Develop functional design specifications that encompass workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
• Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.
• Construct and oversee complex data structures, user attributes, and event tracking mechanisms.
• Generate dynamic and static audience segments utilizing Braze's segmentation tools.
• Create and execute multi-step, multi-channel campaign flows through Braze Canvas.
• Share insights and solution documentation with fellow Solution Architects.
• Manage time effectively to meet quarterly billable-hour objectives.
• Stay updated on Braze, integration partners, and relevant marketing technologies through ongoing certifications.
• Travel occasionally, up to 20%, to client locations for strategic discussions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in the marketing technology sector.
• At least 3 Braze Certifications, including the Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications, or the capability to obtain them swiftly after starting the position.
• Familiarity with Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes to support client needs and platform adoption.
• Experience and confidence in developing and thoroughly documenting custom solutions.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Ability to communicate marketing technology best practices and translate them into actionable implementation recommendations.
• Flexibility to adapt and consult on new technologies that may be unfamiliar, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities, excelling in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent strategic and technical reasoning, allowing you to envision comprehensive solutions that meet customer objectives and navigate complex situations confidently.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent customer engagements successfully, effectively balancing priorities and resources.
• Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations, building trust, and demonstrating expertise while managing expectations effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without requiring visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
