Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Architect and oversee the integration of OneTrust Consent Management with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Veeva Vault CRM/Vault Platform.

• Design and facilitate OneTrust Data Discovery integrations across platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.

• Create and update architectural documentation, including ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.

• Lead the configuration efforts for OneTrust and assist admins and developers throughout the build, testing, and deployment phases.

• Convert health and life sciences privacy requirements into actionable technical designs that comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA/CPRA.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, Salesforce, and Veeva delivery teams.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, client workshops, discovery sessions, and scoping support.

• Maintain documentation for reusable integration patterns and architecture decisions.

• Represent Slipstream Life Sciences at U.S. industry events, client visits, and conferences as required, with an estimated travel commitment of 10–20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data integration, or solution architecture roles.

• Direct, hands-on experience with the OneTrust platform is essential, preferably including the Consent Management and/or Data Discovery modules.

• Proven experience integrating OneTrust, or a similar consent or privacy management platform, with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or Veeva.

• Strong working knowledge of relational databases and contemporary cloud data platforms, including practical experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and/or AWS.

• Demonstrated capability to independently create ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams for complex, multi-system data environments.

• A solid understanding of PII, PHI, sensitive or special category data, and key privacy regulations, including CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state frameworks.

• Experience in leading technical configuration work with the support of admins or developers, rather than being solely hands-on.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed global teams and in different time zones.

• Certifications in OneTrust, privacy, Salesforce, or Veeva are preferred.

• Previous experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred.
