Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.

• Facilitate strategic discussions and establish solution visions that align with business goals.

• Oversee the comprehensive design of Salesforce solutions utilizing Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-oriented solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions and functional workshops.

• Collect requirements, define business processes, and prioritize the product backlog.

• Design and document business processes using structured frameworks and methodologies.

• Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology members.

• Collaborate with project managers to provide technical guidance, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Connect business stakeholders with development teams to guarantee clear communication and high-quality delivery.

• Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants.

• Oversee solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities as required.

• Lead discussions at the executive level and influence decisions with C-level stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the complete lifecycle from planning to go-live.

• Proven track record as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in intricate digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds.

• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across various clouds.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices.

• Background in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements.

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations and assess trade-offs.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation.

• Strong analytical thinking and capability to resolve complex business and technical challenges.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in one or more relevant industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Business Services, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education.
