Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.

• Drive strategic conversations and outline solution visions that align with organizational goals.

• Oversee the complete design of Salesforce solutions utilizing Customer 360 and multi-cloud approaches.

• Transform business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-centric solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions and functional workshops.

• Collect requirements, define business processes, and set priorities for the product backlog.

• Create and document business processes using structured methodologies and frameworks.

• Offer hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping as needed.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance.

• Lead and work alongside cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology areas.

• Collaborate with project managers to offer technical insights, identify risks, and establish mitigation strategies.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to guarantee clear communication and high-quality outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants.

• Manage solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when necessary.

• Engage in high-level discussions with C-level stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle from planning to go-live.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in intricate digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong proficiency with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other pertinent Salesforce Clouds.

• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across various clouds.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and best practices in solution architecture.

• Experience in consulting environments and leading customer-facing projects.

• Profound knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to balance business requirements with technical aspects and assess trade-offs effectively.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to address complex business and technical challenges.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and the adoption of AI tools is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: MAE/CBS; FINS; HLS; RCG; PubSec.
