Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives

• Provide comprehensive solutions that align with client specifications

• Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops

• Identify client requirements and convert them into technical designs

• Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with various external systems and platforms utilizing APIs, custom scripts, MuleSoft, or tailored ETL solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-caliber technical solutions that meet client expectations

• Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Establish trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional engagement opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development

• In-depth knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization

• Experience with AMPscript and SSJS

• Proven experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems through APIs

• Capability to utilize tools such as MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent experience

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly preferred

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is advantageous
