Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of the SaaS solution.

• Configure and tailor the platform to meet specific client requirements and business objectives.

• Develop and sustain data mappings between client systems and the platform.

• Offer technical consulting to customers during the implementation phase and assist with pre-sales activities.

• Drive API integration initiatives with the IT teams of customers and third-party integration partners.

• Create and update technical documentation for customer implementations.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that implementation processes align with product updates.

• Troubleshoot and address technical challenges encountered during implementation.

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of implementation processes and best practices.

• Help shape Recyda's innovative solutions for packaging sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.

• Proficient in Python.

• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration.

• Experience with SaaS implementations and processes related to customer success.

• Excellent self-management skills, capable of handling multiple implementations concurrently.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in an agile work environment.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level).
