This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives, the Regional Sales Manager, and channel partners to secure new business and expand the Enterprise customer base.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Picus platform to assist the sales team in effectively presenting and positioning it to potential clients.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer needs, challenges, and infrastructure.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor throughout the sales process.

• Provide customized live demonstrations and proof-of-value sessions that illustrate how Picus enables customers to validate their defenses and minimize exposure.

• Address technical components of RFPs and RFIs.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and refine solutions that link security details to business outcomes.

• Partner with Customer Success to promote adoption and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Educate partners on the technical facets of the Picus platform.

• Communicate field feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous product enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success position.

• Proven track record of building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning.

• Extensive technology experience encompassing risk visibility and prioritization, SIEM, EDR, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation.

• Knowledge of solution architecture and design in both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

• Consultative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
