Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation process from its initiation to the handoff to client services teams and operations.

• Work in collaboration with the implementation team to manage the project plan and client expectations throughout the implementation phase.

• Lead client discovery sessions and develop comprehensive workflow process diagrams along with standard operating procedures for clients.

• Carry out technical requirements gathering for workflow and system design within client-hosted systems, nimble platforms, clearinghouses, and third-party applications.

• Analyze historical client data to uncover trends in accounts receivable, write-offs, cash per case, collectability, and other key performance indicators in revenue cycle management.

• Develop and execute thorough testing plans covering all relevant revenue cycle management functions.

• Formulate corrective actions and remediation plans for any unsuccessful testing results.

• Provide support to production team members with subject matter expertise following the go-live phase.

• Track inventory throughput after go-live to help eliminate barriers to revenue recognition.

• Create or utilize project plans suited to the services and products that have been implemented.

• Facilitate and manage the onboarding process for complex clients.

• Engage with complex clients regularly, adapting plans and strategies as necessary.

• Deliver weekly and ad hoc project status updates, highlighting risks, issues, and any changes to go-live dates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management operations, specializing in Accounts Receivable, Claims, or Payment Posting.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with various client practice management systems.

• Advanced knowledge of the implementation process and revenue cycle management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
