Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architectural design and actively implement customized enterprise use cases.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform.

• Design and construct automated data ingestion pipelines, tailored API connections, and intelligent document processing workflows.

• Configure and optimize machine learning models, Document AI extraction pipelines, and Human-in-the-Loop validation workflows.

• Evaluate system throughput and p95 processing latency against customer non-functional requirements.

• Guarantee enterprise security, high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-tenant data isolation.

• Create version-controlled code repositories, reusable integration patterns, and standardized solution topology blueprints.

• Collaborate with customer developers and system integrator teams on cloud migrations and best practices for the platform.

• Work alongside account teams for technical pitches and Proofs of Concept.

• Communicate technical edge cases, model performance data, and builder feedback to Core Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering supporting enterprise cloud platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Python, Bash, SQL, and REST/GraphQL API integration development.

• Strong technical expertise in GCP or Azure infrastructure.

• Familiarity with MongoDB/PostgreSQL.

• Experience with cloud-native serverless architecture.

• In-depth practical knowledge of document classification, OCR/ICR extraction, schema design, and model fine-tuning.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a bias for action, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.
