Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead comprehensive solution design for Certa implementations.

• Convert client TPRM frameworks, risk processes, and business needs into scalable, best-practice configurations.

• Take ownership of solution blueprints and technical design documentation.

• Create and implement workflow automation, intake forms, approval routing, risk scoring models, reporting, and integration patterns.

• Propel implementations towards high-quality, on-time launches.

• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions across procurement, compliance, legal, IT, and risk sectors.

• Provide guidance to clients on best practices for TPRM, supplier onboarding, and procurement automation.

• Lead process-mapping and gap-analysis initiatives.

• Manage client expectations concerning scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.

• Develop solution documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Mentor and support junior Implementation Consultants through technical guidance and design reviews.

• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and playbooks.

• Remain up-to-date on platform releases and emerging trends in TPRM, ESG, and procurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in TPRM, vendor/supplier management, procurement, GRC, or supply chain operations.

• Strong understanding of the enterprise vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, contract management, and off-boarding.

• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or DORA.

• At least 3 years of hands-on implementation consulting experience delivering enterprise SaaS or workflow automation solutions.

• Demonstrated success in leading full-cycle implementations from discovery to go-live for complex enterprise clients.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Proficiency in configuring no-code/low-code workflow or BPM platforms like Certa, Appian, Pega, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and data import/export processes.

• Ability to read and interpret JSON/XML.

• Awareness of TPRM/procurement technologies such as Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust.

• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar applications.

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical concepts for business stakeholders and providing business context to technical teams.

• Highly organized and self-directed in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
