Solution Architect, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical presales initiatives for Cyera’s AI Security offerings.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Cyera’s AI Security solution and its integration with DSPM and DLP products.

• Conduct AI Security demonstrations and manage Proof of Value processes from start to finish.

• Establish success criteria for POVs, perform hands-on technical validation, present stakeholder updates, and ensure clear outcomes and follow-up actions.

• Customize product demonstrations for customer use cases and personas related to AI Security, data classification, and DLP.

• Provide guidance to sales teams, customers, and prospects regarding Cyera AI Security and the AI data lifecycle.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Create tailored solutions, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.

• Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders, gather feedback, and offer post-sales implementation support.

• Work collaboratively with product management, marketing, field sales, engineering, and product development teams to influence product roadmaps and prioritize features.

• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales position within cybersecurity or data security.

• In-depth understanding of AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, along with the associated security and governance risks such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.

• Familiarity with data security fundamentals, encompassing data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Demonstrated success in executing technical POVs and demos that lead to technical wins.

• Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with both engineers and executive stakeholders, such as CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and can navigate ambiguity.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer interactions and industry events.

• Must be based in the US, with preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools like Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tools.

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
