This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Present solutions to prospective clients

• Recognize customer challenges and opportunities for product enhancements

• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept projects tailored to client-specific needs

• Oversee and address customer inquiries through the ticketing system and email

• Enhance team productivity utilizing AI techniques, FAQs, community engagement, and comprehensive documentation

• Assist in resolving customer issues, improving solutions, and identifying growth opportunities

• Adjust the computer-vision AI pipeline to meet customer demands

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer

• At least 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical role involving customer interaction

• Proficiency in Python programming within Linux environments

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Familiarity with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is advantageous

• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments is a plus

• Basic understanding of hardware is beneficial

• Minimal travel required: less than once per month
