This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in Canadian workflows and products for 360 Encompass implementations, adoption, and optimization.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding their current and future workflows related to coding, CDI, data quality, reporting, and operational enhancements.

• Assist project teams with customer workflow decisions, configuration suggestions, adoption strategies, and change management efforts.

• Facilitate customer-facing demonstrations, workflow design sessions, readiness discussions, training strategies, and post-go-live optimization evaluations.

• Promote Canadian customer success through the use of adoption metrics, reporting insights, best-practice suggestions, and communication at the executive level.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher along with five (5) years of experience in healthcare consulting, implementation, training, coding, CDI, HIM, or revenue cycle; OR a high school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of relevant experience.

• CHIMA certification or an equivalent Canadian HIM designation.

• At least three (3) years of experience in customer-facing roles involving implementation, consulting, training, or advisory services.

• Proven experience supporting healthcare software applications within hospital or health system settings.

• Familiarity with CIHI Coding Standards, ICD-10-CA, CCI, DAD, NACRS, and Canadian abstracting requirements.

• Experience with Solventum products, including 360 Encompass, Codefinder, HDM, or CRS.

• Proficiency with Epic, MEDITECH Expanse, Oracle Health/Cerner, or Altera Health solutions.

• Background in supporting healthcare transformation, change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
