Software Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conducting both functional and non-functional testing for the web application

• Analyzing, testing, and clarifying project requirements

• Developing and implementing testing strategies

• Planning, prioritizing, and estimating testing tasks

• Creating and maintaining test documentation

• Modifying automated tests to accommodate customizations

• Creating, analyzing, tracking bugs, and collaborating on their resolution

• Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and test outcomes

• Collaborating with developers, product owners, partners, and other team members

• Adhering to QA processes and contributing to ongoing improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Proven experience in testing web applications

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices

• Experience in developing test documentation (including Test Cases, Checklists, and Bug Reports)

• Knowledge of databases and data storage principles

• Capability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements

• Good understanding of client-server architecture and integrations

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to ensuring quality

• Must have eligibility to work in Poland
