Software Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee a software Delivery Center

• Manage complex projects developed using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Monitor the progress of projects

• Identify and manage risks

• Inspire, motivate, and coach the work team

• Supervise the development activities of the Delivery Center

• Select the technology stack for implementing new solutions

• Assist the functional team in determining requirements

• Define tasks and roles within the team

• Manage sprint planning and sprint retrospectives

• Analyze emerging technologies for potential project adoption

• Establish growth paths for team members

• Support Human Capital Management in recruiting activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent education

• At least 5 years of experience

• In-depth knowledge of React, Vue, Node.js, and MySQL

• Extensive knowledge of the MERN stack

• Strong understanding of J2EE

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Agile framework

• Familiarity with smart contract languages (Solidity) is a plus

• Excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Leadership and organizational skills

• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
