• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in configuring, designing, and deploying software.

• Familiarity with programming, database management, and cloud technologies.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Skilled in facilitation and project management.

• Effective collaboration, interpersonal, analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and development processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

• Proficient in developing engaging presentations and achieving stakeholder consensus.

• Knowledge of systems administration and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and products.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
