This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create functional test scenarios and scripts based on discussions with technical leadership during handover meetings to grasp requirements.

• Carry out manual test cases, including database manipulation to generate test data and verify information.

• Log and monitor defects in Azure DevOps, detailing reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and actual results.

• Conduct interface testing to validate functional behavior, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Perform basic REST API tests, confirming response status codes, payloads, and straightforward business rules.

• Assist in reviewing requirements and acceptance criteria to guarantee sufficient test coverage.

• Update and maintain test cases as system functionalities progress.

• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to comprehend deliverables and validate implementations.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in functional testing of web applications.

• Background in agile environments.

• Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing methodologies.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Practical experience with web applications, including both front-end and back-end components.

• Basic knowledge of Java.

• Experience in API testing using Postman.

• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools, specifically Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

• Familiarity with Cypress.

• Understanding of SQL databases.
