⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and hands-on development.

• Expertise in C#/.NET, along with experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID principles, CQRS, and Design Patterns.

• Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.

• Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous processing using RabbitMQ and Kafka.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis, with insights into persistence, caching, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.

• Understanding of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.

• Familiarity with automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and best practices in software quality.

• Knowledge of secure development practices, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and OWASP guidelines.

• Capability to investigate and address complex issues in critical systems.

• Understanding of or practical experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, tool/function calling, and AI-driven process automation.

• Ownership mentality, autonomy, and proactive approach to driving issues and deliverables forward.

• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.

• Product and business insight, linking engineering choices to value generation.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies, especially in AI solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across various functions, including Product, Operations, Engineering, and customer interactions.

• Preferred: experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Preferred: knowledge of MCP, LLMOps, AgentOps, Evaluations, and agent tracing.

• Preferred: experience with various AI models or providers, along with routing strategies, caching, and cost/token optimization.

• Preferred: understanding of multi-agent architectures, context engineering, agent memory, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Preferred: experience with products, services, or automations that integrate AI into user experiences.

• Preferred: knowledge of micro-frontends, React, and Next.js.

• Preferred: background in the financial, banking, or capital markets sectors.

• Preferred: understanding of Blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Smart Contracts, and Tokenization.
