This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define, design, develop, and automate cutting-edge professional and consumer Linux Vulkan and OpenGL graphics software.
• Create and sustain software technologies that enable and support NVIDIA GPU hardware on both current and future Linux-based operating systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and feature quality across various platform implementations.
• Collaborate with test automation efforts to deliver exceptional feature quality and promptly identify regressions.
• Engage with global internal teams across software, hardware, architecture, and OEM support.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of practical experience in developing graphics system-level software, particularly for the Linux operating system.
• More than 3 years of programming experience in C and C++.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Linux gaming development.
• In-depth knowledge of low-level Linux operating systems, specifically concerning memory/resource management, scheduling, and process control.
