Software Engineer, Java, Vue.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage Java backend applications using Spring Boot, along with Vue.js frontend applications.

• Create modern, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop and utilize secure and robust RESTful APIs.

• Implement business services while overseeing the data access layer with JPA/PostgreSQL.

• Engage in the design and advancement of microservices-based architectures.

• Write unit and integration tests, contributing to their automation.

• Maintain code quality by adhering to Clean Code principles, utilizing Sonar, and participating in code reviews.

• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Architects, and Product Owners within an Agile/Scrum framework.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Contribute to technical documentation and offer application support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.

• Strong expertise in Java, preferably Java 17.

• Proficient in the Spring ecosystem, including Boot, REST, Security, and JPA.

• Excellent skills in Vue.js (either Vue 2 or Vue 3).

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with Maven, Git/GitLab, and Sonar.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with unit and integration testing.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Experience in production service environments is advantageous.

• Team-oriented, self-driven, and well-organized.
