Software Engineer – Java, Kotlin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for code quality through regular refactoring, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry best practices.

• Work collaboratively with the Tech Lead and Product Team to introduce new features in the application.

• Develop and keep up-to-date the existing documentation for application development.

• Conduct integration, regression, and acceptance testing.

• Deliver production support to troubleshoot and resolve errors and technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in programming with Kotlin and Java.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot.

• Understanding of OIDC.

• Proficiency in English that allows for fluent communication (minimum B2 level).

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team in an international setting.

• A disposition characterized by openness, independence, and a proactive attitude towards tasks.

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
